Available Land

Horizon Communities owns lots in the Eastlake Commercial Center, on the corner of Eastlake Drive and Horizon Boulevard. Other owners have serviced zoned lots ranging from 1 to 3 acres along Horizon Boulevard. The Horizon Industrial Park has serviced and non-serviced industrial lots of varying sizes. There are several commercial sites ranging from 5 to 25 acres in close proximity to I-10. All have services available and covenants or zoning permitting commercial uses. Larger sites could be assembled outside our main urban.

Horizon Communities owns several large parcels of raw desert land. Areas range from 60 to 200 acres with the potential for future acquisition of neighboring land. Services are not presently available, but could be provided for large-scale enterprises at reasonable cost. Horizon Communities will compensate for these costs in negotiations on land price.
